Former England rugby players Fran Cotton and Steve Smith founded Cotton Traders in 1987. While their broad shoulders were certainly an advantage on the pitch, they made buying everyday clothes a little awkward. So they set out to create quality casuals that get better with age and accommodate all shapes and sizes. Today, we're about much more than rugby. Our range for men and women includes everything from perfect pique polos to cosy fleeces, shirts in every pattern imaginable to shoes and jackets that will carry you anywhere, whatever the weather.
